Every paid membership in the Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant Study Review includes our Pass Guarantee, from the 1-Month Membership to the School-to-Boards Pass. If you study with us and do not pass the NCCAA Certifying Examination, we extend your access at no charge so you can prepare for your next attempt. These terms explain who qualifies and how to ask.
1. Who qualifies
Every paid Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant Study Review membership bought on or after November 5, 2026 includes the Pass Guarantee. The free trial, sample pages and the try-it tour do not.
2. You must have used the course
Before your exam date, and on your own account, you must have met the study requirements for your plan. We check them from your account records, which log each answer, practice exam and lesson with its date. Activity after your exam date does not count.

3. Your exam date must fall within your access period
The exam you did not pass must have been taken while your membership was active.
4. What we need from you
Within 30 days after your results are released, email info@acheronreview.com with the name and email on your account, your exam date, and a copy of your official score report or result notice showing that you did not pass. You may cover any personal details on the report other than your name, exam date and result.
5. What you receive
Once we confirm your request, we extend your access at no charge through the end of the next NCCAA testing window after the attempt you did not pass. Each membership includes one extension; the School-to-Boards Pass includes two, one for each attempt you do not pass. While your access lasts, including any extension, you study in the current edition of the course.
6. Canceled or invalidated exams
If the NCCAA cancels or invalidates the administration you sat for and offers a retest, we extend your access to cover the retest. Its notice is all we need, and this does not use up your extension.
7. Other terms
The Pass Guarantee extends your access; it is not a refund or any other payment. Your account is for your own use, and shared accounts, or copies of name-stamped downloads passed to others, void the guarantee. Requests must be made while your membership is active, or within 30 days after it ends. We may change these terms for future purchases; the terms in effect on the day you bought your membership are the ones that apply to you.
